At iHOptimize, we’re driven by one mission: to revolutionize healthcare operations through data-driven, patient-centered strategies. As a nonprofit built on research from Boston University, we specialize in improving hospital flow, reducing delays, and optimizing surgical scheduling using methods like variability methodology and queuing theory. Our goal is simple smarter systems for better outcomes.
