Your product interface is broken and support hasn't replied while I am sending messages both by email and through the support link on your Shopify apps page and there is no response.
  • Ask about Shopify store setup, themes, products, payments, and fulfillment. Include your setup and what you have already tried.

A costly beginner mistake is validating the product ad but not the fulfillment process. A supplier's catalog and a few promising clicks do not prove that the customer will receive the right item on time. Order samples to your actual selling market. Check packaging, tracking, delivery variability, defects and the process for returns or replacements. Calculate contribution margin after shipping, payment fees, refunds, support and acquisition costs. Start with a narrow catalog and honest delivery estimates. Keep stock changes synchronized and have a plan for delays before launching campaigns. Make sure your product claims and images match what the supplier actually sends. Traffic tools can help you test product interest, but they cannot repair an unreliable supplier or a negative margin. I would scale only after the order-to-delivery experience works repeatedly. Which part is proving hardest for you: supplier reliability, delivery costs or getting qualified visitors?

Plan the post-BFCM review before the promotion begins. You will need clean campaign records, product costs and a way to revisit orders after fulfillment and returns develop. A sales spike on the weekend is an early observation, not the final result of the campaign. This is a review plan for the upcoming 2026 event. It does not report BFCM 2026 sales or claim results from an Eggflow customer. December 1–3: close the sale cleanly Remove expired banners and codes, verify that scheduled campaigns have ended, and check that old campaign links still lead to a useful page. If you extend an offer, explain the new terms honestly instead of pretending the original deadline never existed. Record the major changes made during the event: discount adjustments, stockouts, budget shifts, checkout incidents and delivery-message changes. Preserve the dates and owners so later results can be interpreted in context. Start retention with a completed customer job For recent buyers, the first useful communication is usually about the order, delivery, setup or use of the product. Keep promotional eligibility and communication preferences separate from operational messages. Offer relevant help before asking for another purchase. A product-care guide, a real setup answer or an appropriate replenishment reminder can be more useful than a broad discount. Choose the follow-up from the product's use cycle and the customer's actual order, not from a universal “send after seven days” rule. Exclude customers with unresolved fulfillment or return problems from an inappropriate upsell sequence. Ask for a review after a realistic opportunity to receive and use the product; do not invent testimonials or condition help on a positive rating. Build one reconciled campaign worksheet Use a consistent period and timezone. Separate new and returning customers where your data supports it, and record: Merchandise sales, discounts, cancellations and returns. Product costs and the promoted product mix. Shipping subsidy, fees, packaging and other variable costs. Advertising spend and the contribution left afterward. Delivery performance, support workload and unresolved issues. Shopify's reports can differ because of timing and reporting definitions. In particular, returns in sales reports and refunds in payment reporting are not interchangeable measurements. Reconcile the difference rather than forcing both reports to match a headline total. Revisit the cohort after the return period develops Record an initial result, then schedule a later review appropriate to your actual delivery and return windows. Compare customers acquired during BFCM with a suitable earlier cohort, noting differences in products, offer, channel mix and seasonality. Do not treat repeat-purchase intent as revenue. Measure actual repeat orders and their contribution when enough time has passed. Be explicit about costs or returns that are still estimates. End with three operational decisions Choose one offer to keep testing, one customer friction point to fix, and one process to change before the next peak. Assign an owner and an observation that will tell you whether the change worked. A good review explains why something deserves to be repeated. It does not turn every increase into a success story or attribute all sales to whichever dashboard reports the highest number. Merchant discussion: Which result will matter most in your post-BFCM review: contribution, repeat purchases, delivery reliability or lower support friction? I would separate actual customer feedback from hypotheses before claiming that an app solved a problem. We should not invent customer quotes or conversion improvements without the underlying records. Useful categories to investigate are shoppers missing important delivery information, distrust caused by unclear policies, intrusive mobile popups, inconsistent product details and slow pages. An app may help with part of the experience, but the right fix can also be a clearer product page or a simpler theme. A practical feedback log has four fields: the customer's issue, the affected page/device, the change made and the evidence afterward. For a notification tool, that might mean checking whether useful information remains visible without obstructing shopping. For SEO tooling, validate the actual metadata or structured output and follow search performance over time. If you share an anonymized example of feedback and the app involved, we can map it to a specific change and a measurable outcome.
  • Ask other merchants for store feedback and share lessons from real ecommerce experiments. Explain what changed, what you measured, and what you learned.

For a high-hesitation product, I would make the buying risks explicit rather than rely on a generic trust badge. Your emphasis on warranty, installation and local support gives shoppers information they can actually use. On each product page, clarify compatibility, what is included, who installs it, delivery coverage, warranty exclusions and the steps for a faulty item. Keep those details consistent through the cart and order confirmation. For technical fit questions, offer a clear way to check suitability before purchase. Use genuine reviews with permission and avoid simulated purchase activity. A social-proof tool should support accurate information, not substitute for it. To evaluate a change, track the questions customers ask, cancellations, returns and completed purchases alongside conversion rate. Those measures help distinguish better-informed customers from a short-term lift that creates later problems. Which pre-purchase question still appears most often in your support conversations?
