    Hi everyone, I'm excited to be part of this community and looking forward to learning from your experiences. One strategy that has worked well for me in growing my sales is focusing on customer retention. I found that acquiring new customers can be expensive, but keeping existing customers engaged and happy is more cost-effective and can lead to higher lifetime value.

    To do this, I've implemented a few tactics such as personalized communication, loyalty programs, and regular customer feedback. I also use data analytics to understand customer behavior and preferences, which allows me to tailor my offerings to their needs. What about you? It's important to have a diverse marketing strategy that includes multiple channels, such as email marketing, content marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.

    I would use four gates before adding a basic hoodie: customer fit, contribution margin, reliable fulfillment and a clear reason to buy from this store. Broad demand alone is not enough when many sellers offer a similar item. Calculate margin after the garment cost, packaging, shipping subsidy, payment fees, likely returns and acquisition cost. For apparel, size-related returns and inconsistent quality can erase an attractive headline margin. Order a sample and check fabric, stitching, fit, color consistency and supplier reliability. Then build a product page with actual photos, garment measurements, fabric/care details and a realistic delivery promise. Test a small assortment or limited inventory before multiplying sizes and colors. Review sales, return reasons, size questions and repeat interest. Cross-promotion can help expose a product, but it cannot compensate for poor fit or an undifferentiated offer. Is the hoodie intended as your core product, a complementary item, or a way to raise basket size? That changes the decision.
